Our moving estimates are based on the information you provided and our experience and expertise. This is only an estimate, actual time may vary. The actual time can vary due to lack of preparation, poor access at the job site, or additional items to be moved not originally accounted for in the bid. Additional charges may be incurred if there are items to be moved that are not on the inventory list when the moving team arrives.

Job cost is directly correlated to access and quantity of possessions to be moved. We do our best to accurately estimate the cost of your move but due to variables out of our control, Pullman Movers does not guarantee completion time. Due to scheduling constraints, Pullman Movers reserves the right to send more or less personnel depending on availability and need, this should not affect the total monetary amount to be paid but only the amount of time to complete the job. Any outstanding balances are due upon completion of the move.

If you are not present at the drop off address, we reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment has been received. Additional charges of storage and moving may be assessed. There will be a 2-hour minimum charge for all work done. Each hour is prorated into 30-minute increments thereafter

If for any reason you have to reschedule your move date or time please call at your earliest possible convenience, so we can sell that time slot to another customer. If you have any questions regarding your move, please do not hesitate to call. We will call the day before to reconfirm your move with you. 

 

Cancellations accepted no less than 48-hours before the appointment. Cancellations are charged at 15% of the total invoice amount for a move.
